Email founder@levites.app for installation, account access, deletion requests or technical support. Include your app version, macOS version and what happened. Never send passwords, SDK secrets, authorization tokens or private meeting links.

Before a live service

Use Test sources to rehearse. Check the intended audience display and audio route, then join a controlled meeting and verify a camera, group composition and black cut. Keep an alternative output ready. Do not update during a live show.

Connection problems

Check the meeting ID and passcode, your internet connection, the waiting room and the host's admission policy. An account restriction means your Zoom email needs administrator approval. Use Retry audio for playback trouble. If a sign-in link expires, cancel and restart sign-in in the app.

Output and audio

Choose the audience display before opening output. Use Command–1 for controls and Command–2 for output. Mute controls Marpe's playback; your microphone stays off. The master fader may affect other sounds on the selected speaker device. Per-caller mixing is not included.
